Following the examination by White House internist Kevin O'Connor, Biden joked with the press about the results, which will be publicly disclosed later on Wednesday.
"They said I look very young," quipped the 81-year-old president, adding that the exam turned out the same as last year.
White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre also mentioned that the doctor was satisfied with the results.
"The president doesn't need a cognitive test. And this is not my opinion; it's the opinion of his doctor and his neurologist. (...) He undergoes a cognitive test every day, transitioning from one topic to another," she said at a press conference.
Jean-Pierre emphasized that Biden has been able to perform his duties over the past three years and highlighted that "we shouldn't forget he is leading a historic presidency."
Both the Republican opposition and some members of his own party have questioned the president's health as he seeks the Democratic nomination for this year's presidential elections.
The concerns were heightened after a report from the special prosecutor investigating Biden's handling of classified documents this month claimed that he exhibited "significantly limited memory" during the interrogations in 2023.

Special prosecutor Robert K. Hur revealed that Biden did not remember the dates he served as Vice President and had difficulty recalling the date of his son Beau's death, which occurred in 2015.
Last year's medical report after the annual check-up concluded that Biden was in good health and "fit" to continue in office.
"He is a healthy, vigorous 80-year-old man, fit to successfully perform the duties of the Presidency, including those of Chief Executive, Head of State, and Commander in Chief," stated the White House doctor at that time.
